The goal of the CEU is to help BCBAs® begin to discuss quality control within organizations. Topics such as how client outcomes are measured and the extent of staff training will be covered. In addition, discussing the balance of billable to nonbillable activities will also be reviewed. BCBAs® could be looking for new employment or wish to make changes from within their current organization. Practical suggestions will be offered throughout the presentation.
